SANSE Wuhan Production Base, with a registered capital of RMB 45 million, was formerly a joint venture between Faurecia and Dongfeng Hongtai. With over 10 years of industry experience, SUASE Mould is dedicated to the research and development of high-quality SMC, BMC, GMT, LFT, and PHC molds and molded products. Production Base
SANSE Changchun Production Base, with a registered capital of RMB 33 million and covering an area of 22,110 square meters, specializes in producing sunroof sunshades with an annual output of 400,000 units and trunk lid panels with an annual output of 300,000 units. The company holds four core technologies, including two independently developed national invention patents.
SANSE Changchun focuses on providing lightweight composite material solutions for the mid-to-high-end automotive market, as well as for interior, exterior, and functional components of new energy vehicles. SANSE Taizhou Production Base boasts a highly skilled, professional, and dedicated team, leveraging modern CAD/CAM design technology. The company is equipped with CMM flexible scanners and nine fully automated SMC hydraulic presses with capacities ranging from 500 to 2500 tons, as well as an independently developed SMC sheet production line with an annual capacity of 5,000 tons.
Based on product production plans, development cycles, and mold budget considerations, we offer flexible solutions, utilizing RTM or hand lay-up processes to meet specific customer requirements. Our advanced robotic drilling, cutting, and adhesive application processes significantly enhance the efficiency and quality of post-processing complex products or assemblies. State-of-the-art testing equipment supports daily quality inspections and new product development, ensuring superior production quality.
While continuously improving our technical capabilities, we also prioritize corporate management, strictly implementing the TS16949:2002 quality management system and promoting standardized practices throughout the company.
