SANSE Nanchang Production Base, with a registered capital of 35 million yuan, is a high-tech enterprise focused on the application of composite materials in the automotive industry.

The company operates two phases of production lines utilizing advanced SMC and PCM processes, primarily manufacturing automotive rooftops and battery enclosures for new energy vehicles. Our clientele includes well-known automotive manufacturers such as Dongfeng, Li Auto, Geely, Sunwoda, and JMC.

The first-phase production line specializes in producing battery covers for new energy vehicles. It is equipped with 4 PCM production lines, 1 LFT-D production line, and 1 HP-RTM production line, along with key equipment such as 6 hydraulic presses (1500T-3500T), two five-axis laser cutting machines, four trimming machines, and two cutting machines, ensuring high-efficiency and precision production capabilities.

The second-phase production line focuses on fully automated gluing and assembly lines. It currently handles the Ford Bronco hardtop and JMC Da Dao "Magic Box" projects. This line features robotic automation for processes such as plasma polishing, gluing, bonding, handling, and inspection, demonstrating SANSE’s leadership and innovation in the automotive composite materials field.
