SANSE Taizhou Production Base has a registered capital of 39.21 million yuan and relies on a highly skilled, professional technical team and advanced automated equipment. The company specializes in the in-depth application of SMC, GMT, injection molding, HHC-LCB, and coating processes. With 12 hydraulic presses ranging from 800 to 4000 tons, we have built a robust compression molding production system, ensuring high production efficiency and capacity.

Our main products include rooftops, battery enclosures, fairings, bumpers, tailgates, and engine hoods, serving renowned automotive brands such as BAIC, FAW, Geely, Great Wall, JMC, and BYD.

By incorporating robotic automated drilling, cutting, and adhesive processes, we significantly enhance production efficiency and quality. Located in Sanmen, Zhejiang, SANSE has established itself as a technological leader in the automotive composite materials sector through cutting-edge manufacturing techniques and standardized management.

The factory is also equipped with two SMC raw material production lines with an annual capacity of 15,000 tons. Coupled with an innovative raw material R&D team and automated painting and powder coating lines, we provide customers with an all-encompassing, one-stop solution—from raw material development to final product manufacturing. Additionally, our independent warehousing and logistics systems optimize storage management and batch transportation efficiency.
