Rail Transit Industry Meeting
High-speed rail has become a business card of China's national image, famous for its fast speed and safe and stable operation. In order to accurately build an enterprise development platform and promote the collaborative innovation and development of enterprises, the "Taizhou Rail Transit Industry Matchmaking Meeting" hosted by the Zhejiang Rail Transit Construction and Management Association and the Taizhou Municipal People's Government was held in Zhejiang at 2 pm on October 25, 2019. SUASE participated in the matchmaking meeting as a manufacturer of high-speed rail interior parts moulds and products, and communicated with the provincial subway group, rail transit company, and rail transit central enterprise.
The world-renowned achievements of high-speed rail are inseparable from the weight reduction effect brought about by the extensive application of composite materials. As a leader in the manufacture of special molds in the composite material industry, SUASE has participated in it by providing high-quality SMC molding molds for many years.
After years of development, SMC is no longer
able to contribute to the increasingly stringent weight loss goals. On the
contrary, SMC has exposed some disadvantages such as unenvironmental protection
and emphasis on some interior parts. SUASE & SANSE Group will improve the
PHC process, which is maturely used in automotive interior parts, and use it in
high-speed rail interiors to solve the current problems of SMC. At the docking
meeting, Chairman Jiachun Li shared this technology with his peers and leaders of
state-owned transportation rail enterprises.
At the booth of this matchmaking
conference, SUASE & SANSE Group displayed high-speed rail interior parts
including SMC roller shutter cover and PHC side roof, vertical cover,
horizontal cover, and roller shutter cover, which fully demonstrated our R&D
capability of high-speed rail interior parts. SUASE & SANSE Group, which
