Successful Completion of SANSE's Size Chain Training
As a key link affecting product quality, the calculation of dimensional chain of product structure plays a vital role in the reliability design of the company's products. Mastering the knowledge of dimensional chain of product structure helps to improve the business level of structural designers, reduce the hidden dangers of dimensional chain problems during the development of the company's products, and ensure that the company's products are of high quality and agile iteration. SANSE Group conducted a product design dimension chain training on December 14-16, 2024 at the Group's headquarters.
Long Yonglian, female, university professor, senior engineer, graduated from Chongqing University in 1991, majoring in mechanical manufacturing process and equipment automation. After graduating from university, she has been engaged in new product research and development in auto parts enterprises for nearly ten years, won one provincial excellent new product award, and participated in a number of provincial scientific and technological achievements research. He is now a university professor, a member of the National Vocational Education Teaching Expert Database, an expert in vocational teaching management in Jiangxi Province, an executive director of the Jiangxi Mechanical Engineering Society, an expert in safety evaluation in Jiangxi Province, an expert in Ganzhou City Concentric Circle Think Tank, a member of the main committee of Jiangxi Vocational College of Applied Technology of the Democratic League of China, a member of Ganzhou Municipal Party Committee, a member of the Fifth Session of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) in Ganzhou City, a member of the Sixth Session of the CPPCC.

Before the official start of the training, Mr. Xiao Haitao, General Manager of the Group, and Mr. Wang Yonghong, Head of the Technical Research Institute, made speeches.

Mr. Xiao said in his speech that the staff is the most valuable asset of the enterprise, and inputting professional training for the staff can enable them to learn new technical knowledge,
improve professional skills, develop innovative thinking, enhance teamwork ability, and continue to promote the sustainable development of the enterprise. I hope that the colleagues who participated in the training can apply the new knowledge and way of thinking learned in the training to their work. Mr. Xiao also emphasized that the company will continue to hold more similar training activities in the future to provide employees with a broader space for learning and growth.
Mr. Wang said in his subsequent speech that Prof. Long is very experienced in both theoretical knowledge and practice, and can combine theory and practice. We hope that we can base on some problems we encountered in the past in the production process and this product development process, while learning, and then communicate with each other, the content of the training knowledge to be applied to our practical work, to give full play to the value of the training.
The training attracted nearly 70 technical
backbones from the company's technical team. In addition to engineers from
headquarters, engineers from subsidiaries also organized personnel to attend
the training on site. Colleagues who were not on site participated in listening
to the lectures by entering the live broadcast.
In the 3-day training, Prof. Long mainly focuses on the courses of dimensional chain calculation, geometric dimensioning and tolerance, and dimensional labeling. Detailed explanation of the theoretical knowledge of the dimensional chain, so that we can theoretically and systematically master the dimensional chain.


In the case explanation stage, the company's representative project drawings were analyzed. We had a heated discussion and expressed our own views, and the enthusiasm of the students was unprecedentedly high.



The company conducted a test for all the participants of this training, and they all achieved good results. Participants have feedback that this training has benefited a lot, providing a good knowledge reserve for future work, marking a complete success of this training.
